Kohsar University Murree Announces Job Openings for Various Administrative Positions

Murree, July 2024 – Kohsar University Murree, a well-reputed public sector university established under the Kohsar University Murree Act IX of 2020, has announced multiple job openings for administrative positions. Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals who are domiciled in Punjab.

Available Positions:

1. Personal Assistant (BS-16)
   • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
   • Qualifications: Second division in English, Management Sciences, or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute with proficiency in MS Office. Experience in the relevant field is preferred.
2. Assistant (BS-16)
   • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
   • Qualifications: Second division in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institute with computer knowledge. Experience in the relevant field is preferred.
3. Registrar
   • Age Limit: 40 to 55 years
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum of ten years of administrative experience in BPS-17 or equivalent.
4. Teaching Assistant/Assistant (BS-16)
   • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree (second division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant experience is preferred.
5. Network Supervisor (BS-14)
   • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
   • Qualifications: Second division in Computer Science/IT from an HEC-recognized institution. Two years of relevant experience is preferred.
6. Security Officer (BS-16)
   • Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
   • Qualifications: Retired JCO/NCO from armed forces with excellent service record.
7. Deputy Estate Officer (BS-16)
   • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (second division) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution. Five years of post-qualification administrative experience is required.
8. Assistant Computer Programmer (BS-16)
   • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
   • Qualifications: BCS (second division) with two years of relevant experience or B.Sc (second division) with PGD in Computer Hardware.
9. Computer Operator (BS-14)
   • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
   • Qualifications: Second division in Computer Science/IT from an HEC-recognized institution. Experience is preferred.
10. Hardware Technician (BS-11)
    • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware/Software or three years of relevant experience with Intermediate qualification.
11. Supervisor (Horticulture) (BS-11)
    • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
    • Qualifications: B.Sc in Agriculture (second division) or three years of relevant experience.
12. Engineering Lab Assistant (BS-14)
    • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
    • Qualifications: DAE (second division) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
13. Hostel Warden (BS-11)
    • Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience or Intermediate with ten years of relevant experience.
14. Junior Clerk (BS-11)
    • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
    • Qualifications: Higher Secondary School Certificate with proficiency in MS Office and typing speed of 30 WPM.
15. Security Guard
    • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
    • Qualifications: Middle, with preference given to those with relevant experience. Height: 5’6″, Chest: 32″-34″.
16. Bus Driver
    • Age Limit: 30 to 50 years
    • Qualifications: Middle with a valid HTV license and five years of post-qualification driving experience.

• Applicants must pay a non-refundable processing fee via Demand Draft/Pay Order/Online Transfer to the account “Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree.”
• Only complete applications with necessary documentation will be considered.
