Position: Regional Manager Sales – Hyderabad

Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Manager Sales based in Hyderabad. We invite applications for this position from candidates who can excel in cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- MBA/BBA in Marketing from an HEC-recognized institution.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, preferably in the paint or retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve regional objectives and support national targets.
- Expand and maintain the customer base by mentoring area sales representatives, building strong relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Drive sales revenue growth to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Analyze market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify potential threats to ensure sustained growth and profitability within the region.
