Position: Regional Manager Sales – Hyderabad

Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Manager Sales based in Hyderabad. We invite applications for this position from candidates who can excel in cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
MBA/BBA in Marketing from an HEC-recognized institution.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, preferably in the paint or retail sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve regional objectives and support national targets.
Expand and maintain the customer base by mentoring area sales representatives, building strong relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Drive sales revenue growth to meet or exceed assigned targets.
Analyze market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify potential threats to ensure sustained growth and profitability within the region.
