New Procedure for Motor Vehicle Annual Tax payments in Sindh

The Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department, Government of Sindh, is pleased to announce a new procedure for Motor Vehicle Annual Tax payments in Sindh. Effective from Monday, August 5, 2024, payments can only be made through the Alternate Delivery Channel (ADC 1-Bill). All other payment options have been discontinued.

How to Make Payments

1. Create a PSID: Visit the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department’s web portal or app to generate a PSID.
2. Payment Options: Once the PSID is created, you can make payments via:
   • Online Payment Portals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.
   • Banks: Payments can also be made through any bank, including the National Bank, using various payment methods:
     • Online
     • Cheque/Cash
     • Pay Order
