The Government of Pakistan, under the Social Protection Development Project (SPDP) and funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), is seeking experienced professionals for consultancy roles within the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). This initiative aims to strengthen social protection mechanisms across the country.

Available Consultancy Positions:

1. Financial Management Specialist (FMS)
   • Number of Positions: 1
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • ACA with at least 5 years of experience, or CMA/ACCA/CA finalist with a Master’s degree in Finance.
     • Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts/Financial Management.
     • Expertise in financial management, including budget processes, capacity building, and project implementation.
     • Strong understanding of international financial guidelines, particularly ADB standards, and experience with government structures.
2. Research Methodology and Monitoring & Evaluation Expert
   • Number of Positions: 1
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • PhD (or equivalent advanced degree) in relevant fields.
     • At least 10 years of experience in research design, monitoring, and evaluation.
     • Proven track record in leading research studies, data analysis, and familiarity with software like Stata, SPSS, MATLAB, etc.
     • Extensive publication record in national and international journals is required.
3. Data Analytics Expert-II
   • Number of Positions: 1
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or Data Science.
     • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/BI professional.
     • Proven expertise in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
     • Strong skills in data modeling, statistical analysis, and knowledge of ER Studio.
