NADRA is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:
Position: Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)
Age Limit: Up to 48 years
Salary Range: PKR 263,200 – 500,000
Available Positions by Location:
- Islamabad: 02 Positions
- Sargodha: 01 Position
- Sukkur: 01 Position
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Preferred: Master’s degree.
- Additional Training: Courses in intelligence, law enforcement, and forensic investigation from reputable institutions are desirable.
Experience, Skills, and Competencies:
- At least 8 years of experience in intelligence and forensic investigations.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within Pakistani Law Enforcement Agencies, Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Armed Forces, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning abilities.
Terms & Conditions:
- The position is initially offered on a 5-year contract, with the possibility of extension.
- NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
- False information will result in disqualification.
- Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- The age limit includes a 5-year age relaxation.
- Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government departments must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be presented at the time of the interview. Candidates with foreign degrees must also provide HEC equivalency.
- Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are prohibited during the interview.
- The deadline for application submission is 5th September 2024. Online applications are accepted.
- The primary responsibility of the role is to prevent illegal processing and identify risks associated with CNIC processing.
