SITUATIONS VACANT (PROJECT POSTS) for University of Sargodha UOS Jobs 2024
The University of Sargodha invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the following project positions on a contract basis at the Business Incubation Centre (BIC). The application form can be downloaded from the University website: www.su.edu.pk.
Available Positions:
HR, Admin & Finance Executive
Number of Posts: 01
Basic Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable
Qualifications:
Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
Experience:
1 year of experience in a reputable organization is preferred.
Age Limit: 30 years maximum
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of BIC financial records and bookkeeping.
Compliance with HEC reporting requirements.
Coordination of BIC purchases and procurements.
Maintenance of BIC assets.
Office management and other assigned duties.
Business Development Executive
Number of Posts: 01
Basic Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable
Qualifications:
Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
Experience:
1 year of experience in a reputable organization is preferred.
Age Limit: 30 years maximum
Responsibilities:
Ensuring incubates’ engagement with training programs.
Implementation of BIC’s marketing strategy.
Assisting incubates in financial planning, reporting, and evaluating benefits and ROI.
Developing new business opportunities through entrepreneurial and knowledge exchanges for startups.
Other assigned duties.

Submission Instructions:
Fill out the application form and submit it along with a complete CV, attested copies of testimonials, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
Separate applications required for each position applied for, with all necessary documents.
Foreign degree holders must include an equivalence certificate from HEC.
Applications must be accompanied by an original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs 1500/- as a non-refundable processing fee. The payment made under the Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha. No other payment methods (e.g., Demand Draft, Postal Order) accepted.

Note:
The positions are project-based for the Business Incubation Centre (BIC) and are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable for a further one year on a six-month basis or until project completion, whichever is earlier.
