Salaries for BPS-01 to BPS-16 Employees:
It is anticipated that the salaries of employees in the BPS-01 to BPS-16 categories will witness a more significant increase compared to those in the BPS-17 and above categories. This adjustment aims to address the financial challenges faced by lower grade employees, who are particularly vulnerable to the impact of inflation. While employees in higher pay scales will also receive a raise, the percentage of increase is expected to be comparatively lower.
The KP Government is slated to unveil the annual budget for 2024-2025 on June 15, 2024. This year, there is anticipation for substantial salary hikes for KP employees. The Finance Minister of KP may announce an increase ranging from 10% to 15% in salaries. However, the final decision will be made by the Government of KPK on the day of the budget announcement.
