Job Overview:

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
Age Limit:
Between 45 and 60 years.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in reputable educational institutions.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational management as a Head of such institutions.
Proven experience in guiding and training teachers, including knowledge of teaching strategies and instructional methods.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Administrative and financial management skills.
Human resource and educational management skills.
Pay Package/Facilities:
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 300,000/- (lump sum, inclusive of all allowances).
Medical Facilities: As per DPS&C rules.
Accommodation: Provided at the school campus.
Conveyance: Staff car with fuel as per policy.
Residential Utility Bills: Compensation as per the prescribed policy.
Contract Duration:
Three years.
