Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic individuals with excellent marketing skills and in-depth knowledge of deposit mobilization, regulatory requirements, banking operations, controls, and trade finance. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively manage sales and achieve monthly targets in areas such as CASA deposits, account opening, debit cards, and cross-selling.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Applicants must hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related banking/business field from a reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 2nd Division, or at least 45% marks (in case of the percentage system) in Graduation.
Age: Maximum 35 years as of June 30, 2024.
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, although prior experience may be preferred.
