Position Overview:
Askari Bank is currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team. This role involves selling the bank’s products, establishing new relationships/accounts, and ensuring sustainable, long-term relationships with clients.
Reporting To:
Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business development targets to drive growth and revenue.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships and manage client portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations during account opening and maintenance.
- Leverage market intelligence to enhance and diversify product portfolios.
Skills Required:
- Awareness of regulatory regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/KYC guidelines.
- In-depth knowledge of banking practices, regulations, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with general banking operations, particularly account opening procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office).
