Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of the application closing date.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Balochistan with a CNIC reflecting a permanent and present address in the province. A residence certificate from district administration is required.
- Academic Performance: At least 60% marks throughout the academic career (one second division allowed, excluding MS/MPhil).
- Eligibility: Not open to permanent/regular faculty members of public sector educational institutions or public service employees of Pakistan. Must have an unconditional/valid PhD offer from a top 100 QS ranked university for the 2025 session.
- Previous Scholarships: Must not have previously received any foreign PhD scholarships from national, provincial, or donor programs.
Required Documents:
- Attested copy of CNIC.
- Attested copies of all educational certificates.
- CV/Resume.
- Copy of unconditional/valid PhD admission offer.
- Attested copy of Local/Domicile certificate.
- Three passport-sized photographs (blue background).
- Synopsis/Research Proposal.
- Police Character Certificate (PCC) from District Police Authority.
- Statement of Purpose (One page).
- Any other supporting documents required.
Application Deadline:
- Submission Period: December 1, 2024, to March 30, 2025.
Application Process:
- Submission: Complete the CMSPP Application Form along with required documents.
- Screening: Applications will be reviewed based on academic performance, grading, aptitude test scores, QS ranking, subject relevance, and interviews.
- Selection: Final recommendations will be made by the selection committee/board.
Additional Notes:
- Local/domical students securing PhD admissions in tuition-free universities up to QS Top 200 are encouraged and supported.
- Ensure your chosen subject area is listed in BEEF’s PhD policy and available at your preferred university.
- Only complete forms will be entertained. No other scholarships from national, provincial, or donor sources are allowed.
- Scholarship funds may need to be repaid if the degree is not completed.
- Study program deferment is not permitted.
