Eligibility Criteria:

  • Academic Performance: At least 60% marks throughout the academic career (one second division allowed, excluding MS/MPhil).
  • Eligibility: Not open to permanent/regular faculty members of public sector educational institutions or public service employees of Pakistan. Must have an unconditional/valid PhD offer from a top 100 QS ranked university for the 2025 session.
  • Previous Scholarships: Must not have previously received any foreign PhD scholarships from national, provincial, or donor programs.

  1. Attested copy of CNIC.
  2. Attested copies of all educational certificates.
  3. CV/Resume.
  4. Copy of unconditional/valid PhD admission offer.
  5. Attested copy of Local/Domicile certificate.
  6. Three passport-sized photographs (blue background).
  7. Synopsis/Research Proposal.
  8. Police Character Certificate (PCC) from District Police Authority.
  9. Statement of Purpose (One page).
  10. Any other supporting documents required.
Application Deadline:
  • Submission Period: December 1, 2024, to March 30, 2025.
Application Process:
  1. Submission: Complete the CMSPP Application Form along with required documents.
