Individual Consultancy Services

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has secured financing from the World Bank for the “Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Program.” We are seeking to hire individual consultants for the following positions under the CRISP Program:

1. Awareness Strategy Specialist (01 Position)

• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Development Economics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years in public awareness, communications, or related fields, preferably in the public sector or with NGOs. Demonstrated success in developing and executing awareness campaigns.

2. Beneficiary Outreach Specialist (01 Position)

• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Public Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
• Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or similar roles.

3. Media & Communication Design Specialist (01 Position)

• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years in media and communication design, public relations, or related roles within the public sector or NGOs. Experience in multimedia content creation and design is required. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital marketing tools is essential.

4. Operations Design & Planning Specialist (01 Position)

• Qualifications:
  • Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences or related disciplines.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years in similar roles. Expertise in statistics, data sciences, and data management is crucial. Proficiency in data analysis software, including Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Stata, and R is required. Strong analytical reasoning, report writing skills, and experience with large-scale government projects and international development partners are advantageous.
