3. Required Documents: Send the hard copy of the filled online application form along with attested copies of testimonials, including two recent passport-size photos, educational certificates, and domicile, to NTS Headquarters (BISE, Rawalpindi Project), Plot #96, Street #04, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad, within the due date.
