Eligibility Criteria:
- Ownership: The applicant should be the legal owner of the property for which the building plan is being submitted.
- Property Documents: All relevant property documents submitted, including ownership proof, land use permissions, and any previous approvals if applicable.
- Architectural Plans: The building plan designed by a licensed architect and comply with LDA’s regulations and zoning laws.
- Fee Payment: The applicant pay the required processing fee as per LDA’s guidelines.
Terms and Conditions:
- Compliance with Regulations: The submitted building plan must comply with all LDA regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
