The Directorate General (Monitoring & Evaluation), ISO Certified, is seeking talented professionals for project-based contract positions. These roles are part of an innovative and dynamic team working on the project titled “Restructuring of Directorate General (M&E) for Improved Monitoring & Evaluation of Development Projects in Punjab.”
Available Positions:
Deputy Director (Software) No. of Posts: 1 Monthly Pay Package: BS-18 Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree (second division) in IT/Computer Sciences/Software Engineering (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university with five years’ experience in Communication Technology/Software Development/MIS.
Preferred: Experience in large-scale software applications, database security, web-based solutions, and IT infrastructure implementation. Max Age: 40 years
Deputy Director (Admin/HR) No. of Posts: 1 Monthly Pay Package: BS-18 Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree (second division) in Business Administration, HR, or Economics (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university with five years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Excellent management skills, proficiency in report writing, and experience in HR Management and knowledge of Punjab Civil Servant codes. Max Age: 40 years
Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts) No. of Posts: 1 Monthly Pay Package: BS-18 Qualifications & Experience:
MBA Finance (second division) from an HEC-recognized university with five years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Proficiency in government financial and procurement rules, and strong writing skills. Max Age: 40 years
Deputy Director (Project Management) No. of Posts: 1 Monthly Pay Package: BS-18 Qualifications & Experience:
MSc in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering/Project Management (second division) from an HEC-recognized university with five years of relevant experience.
Preferred: PMP/Prince2 certification, experience in M&E of large infrastructure projects, and proficiency in project management software. Max Age: 40 years
Assistant Director (IT) No. of Posts: 1 Monthly Pay Package: BS-17 Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree (second division) in IT/Computer Sciences/Software Engineering (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university with two years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Experience in software application design and development for large projects. Max Age: 35 years

MBA Finance (second division) from an HEC-recognized university with two years of relevant experience.
