Observance of General Instructions
- Eligibility of candidates will be determined as per the Commission’s policy detailed in the General Instructions on the FPSC website.
- Candidates should review these instructions before applying.
Procedure to Apply
- Online Submission: All applications must be submitted online through the FPSC website (www.fpsc.gov.pk).
- Editing Applications: Candidates can edit their online applications only once within the closing date to correct any errors or omissions.
- Final Information: Information provided in the online application form will be considered final.
- Subsequent Claims: Claims of experience not mentioned in the online form are considered afterthoughts and will not be accepted.
- Syllabus and Admission Certificate: The syllabus for tests/examinations will be available on the FPSC website. Candidates should frequently visit the website to stay updated and print their Admission Certificates.
- Guidelines: Detailed instructions for applying online are available on the FPSC website.
- No Hardcopy Required: Applicants do not need to submit a hardcopy of the online application.
- No Manual Applications: Only online applications will be accepted and processed before the cut-off date.
Application Fee
- Fee Rates:
- BS-16 to 17: Rs. 300/-
- BS-18: Rs. 750/-
- BS-19: Rs. 1200/-
- BS-20 and above: Rs. 1500/-
- Payment: Fees should be deposited before the closing date at the nearest Government treasury, National Bank of Pakistan branch, or State treasury under the head “C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC”. Bank drafts, cheques, and postal orders are not accepted.
- Original T.R: The original Treasury Receipt (T.R) must be presented to the supervisory staff during the test/examination. Photocopies or bank scrolls are not acceptable.
- T.R Submission: T.R should not be sent to FPSC in advance but should be provided during the test/exam or when requested.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit
- Age relaxation is granted per the rules in the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993, as amended. Details are in para-6 of the General Instructions on the FPSC website.
Shortlisting Criteria for Interview
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews according to the policy in para-16 (A, B & C) of the General Instructions.
Documents Required from Candidates
- Post-Test/Exam Requirements:
- Attested copies of required documents, such as photographs, educational certificates, CNIC, experience certificates, domicile certificate, departmental permission (for government servants), and original T.R.
- Equivalence certificates from HEC or relevant forums for required degrees.
- Experience certificates from recognized firms/companies/institutions/organizations/banks/NGOs, appropriately registered and maintaining offices.
- Submission Timeline: Candidates must submit the required documents within 15 days of notification from FPSC.
- Eligibility Determination: Submission of documents does not confirm shortlisting for an interview. Eligibility will be determined based on documents and merit position.
Admission Certificate
- The Admission Certificate for the Screening/Descriptive Test will be available on the FPSC website a few weeks before the examination date. Candidates should frequently visit the website for updates and will also be notified via SMS. No postal notifications will be sent.
Conduct of Test
- Mandatory Documents: Candidates must bring their original CNIC, Treasury Receipt, and a downloaded copy of the Admission Certificate to the test.
- Original T.R: Entry into the examination hall requires the original Treasury Receipt. Photocopies or bank scrolls are not accepted.
- Test Schedule: Tests/Examinations for Consolidated Advt. No. 7/2024 will be held soon after the closing date. Candidates should frequently check the FPSC website for the schedule.
Change of Examination Centre
- Candidates can request a change of examination centre online at least one month before the commencement of the examination.
Closing Date for Applications
- The last date to submit applications is Monday, 22 July 2024.
