Subject: Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) MCQ Based Preliminary Test (MPT) for CSS Competitive Examination-2025
Date: 11th August 2024
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) will conduct the MCQ Based Preliminary Test (MPT) on 6th October 2024 (Sunday). This test is mandatory for eligibility to appear in the CSS Competitive Examination 2025 for recruitment to posts in BS-17 in various Occupational Groups/Services of the Federal Government.
Test Centres: The MPT will be held at the following centres, subject to the availability of sufficient candidates:

D.G. Khan
Gujranwala
Hyderabad
Gilgit
Lahore
Quetta
Larkana
Rawalpindi
D.I.Khan
Faisalabad
Islamabad
Karachi
Muzaffarabad
Peshawar

Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 21 to 30 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by two years for certain categories as per Rule 6 of CSS Competitive Examination Rules-2019.
Qualification: At least a 2nd Division Bachelor’s degree.
Application Procedure:
Online Application: Apply online from 12th August to 26th August 2024 at FPSC Website.
Exam Fee: Deposit Rs. 250/- as the examination fee at the nearest Government Treasury/State Bank of Pakistan/National Bank of Pakistan under account head “C02101-Organs of State Exam Fee (FPSC Receipt)” and bring the original Treasury Challan to the exam centre.
Admission Certificate: Download the computer-generated admission certificate from the FPSC website. No postal intimation will be sent, so dont.
Application Details: Ensure correct CNIC number and date of birth are entered. The exam centre once selected cannot be changed.
Rules Compliance: Adhere strictly to CSS Competitive Examination Rules 2019 and FPSC policies.
