Advertisement of FPSC Jobs 2024 Apply Online

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All applicants must read the “General Instructions” available on the FPSC website before applying.
2. Applications can only be submitted online through the FPSC’s website.
3. Separate online applications must be submitted for each category.
4. Applicants must pay the requisite fee at the nearest Government Treasury/State Bank/National Bank under the Head of Account “C02101-Organs of State Exam Fee (FPSC Receipt).”
5. The closing date for submission of applications is 16th September 2024.
6. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

Procedure to Apply:

1. All applications must be submitted online through the FPSC website (www.fpsc.gov.pk).
2. Candidates may edit their online applications only once before the closing date to correct any errors or omissions.
3. The information provided in the online application form will be considered final.
4. Claims of experience or qualifications made after the online application will not be accepted and will be considered as an afterthought.
5. The Commission may post the syllabus on its website before conducting the screening (MCQ) test or written (descriptive) examination. Candidates should regularly check the FPSC website to stay updated and ensure they have the necessary syllabus and admission certificate.
6. Detailed instructions for applying online are available on the FPSC website.
7. No hard copy of the online application is required.
8. Manual applications will not be accepted for General Recruitment cases. Only online applications submitted on or before the cutoff date will be processed.

Application Fee:

1. The application fee rates are as follows:
   • BS-16 to 17: Rs. 300/-
   • BS-18: Rs. 750/-
   • BS-19: Rs. 1200/-
   • BS-20 and above: Rs. 1500/-
2. The fee must be deposited before the closing date at the nearest Government treasury, National Bank of Pakistan branch, or State treasury authorized to transact on behalf of the Government under the head “C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC.” Bank drafts, cheques, or postal orders are not accepted.
3. The original Treasury Receipt (TR) should be preserved and presented to the supervisory staff at the time of the test/examination. Photocopies or bank scrolls are not acceptable.
4. Do not send the TR to FPSC in advance; it should be provided at the time of the test/exam or when requested.

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

• The maximum age limit prescribed under the Recruitment Rules may be relaxed according to the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 (as amended). Details are provided in paragraph 6 of the General Instructions on the FPSC website.

Shortlisting Criteria for Interview:

• Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on the policy outlined in sections A, B, and C of the General Instructions.

Documents Required from Candidates:

1. After the test/exam, candidates with higher merit positions in their respective quotas will be required to submit attested copies of the following documents within 15 days of receiving a notice from FPSC by post, SMS, or email:
   • Two photographs
   • Matric and Intermediate certificates
   • Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil., Ph.D. degrees
   • CNIC
   • Experience Certificate (where required), detailing the nature of the job and issued by an authorized officer of the relevant Ministry/Division/Department
   • Domicile Certificate
   • Departmental Permission Certificate (for government servants)
   • Original TR (in non-test cases)
2. Candidates claiming equivalence of degrees must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC or the relevant forum.
3. Experience certificates from firms, companies, institutions, organizations, banks, or NGOs will be accepted only if these entities are well-known nationally or internationally, properly registered/incorporated with the relevant government department, maintain offices, and have proper registration/reference numbers where applicable.
4. Candidates who fail to submit the required documents within the stipulated time or provide incorrect/incomplete information will have their candidature rejected. Therefore, candidates should have their documents ready for submission by the due date.
5. The request for documents does not imply that the candidate has been shortlisted for an interview. Eligibility will be determined based on documents and merit positions, and will be reckoned up to the closing date.

Admission Certificate:

• The Admission Certificate for Screening/Descriptive Tests will be available on the FPSC website (www.fpsc.gov.pk) a couple of weeks before the examination date. Candidates are advised to frequently visit the website for updates, as no information will be sent via post.

Conduct of Test for FPSC Jobs 2024 Apply Online:

1. Candidates must bring their original CNIC, Treasury Receipt, and a downloaded copy of the Admission Certificate to the Screening/Written Test.
2. Without the original Treasury Receipt, candidates will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall. Photocopies or bank scrolls are not accepted. Candidates should preserve the original TR to avoid any inconvenience.
3. The test/examination for Consolidated Advt. No. 9/2024 will be conducted as soon as possible after the closing date. The test schedule and syllabus will only be posted on the FPSC website. No separate information will be issued in this regard. Candidates must frequently visit the FPSC website for updates.

Change of Centre:

• Candidates may request a change of examination centre through an online request at least one month before the examination commences.

Closing Date for Submission of Applications:

• The closing date for submission of applications is Monday, 16th September 2024.
