Branch Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch activities, including sales, operations, and administration.
- Achieve assigned goals and ensure productivity among all staff.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism in customer service across branches.
- Act as financial consultants to customers, addressing their diverse needs.
- Conduct daily morning meetings to emphasize deliverables.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to enhance staff motivation and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with regulatory and bank policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Build business credibility, integrity, and public confidence in the bank and branch.
- Implement control mechanisms to prevent fraud, forgeries, and operational losses.
- Ensure all positions in the branch are duly hired and onboarded.
- Execute channel migration strategies and achieve relevant goals.
- Resolve customer grievances efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Engage customers to improve relationships, loyalty, and retention.
- Ensure the branch’s upkeep and maintenance, providing a comfortable environment.
- Flag unresolved matters to Area Management timely.
- Monitor branch activities and ensure compliance with daily checks and balances.
- Manage branch expenses within the approved budget and seek cost reduction opportunities.
- Monitor branch reconciliation, suspense, and asset accounts closely.
- Achieve high standards in non-financial KPIs, including Internal Audit, Control, and Service Quality.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by line management.
