The Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department is seeking highly qualified professionals for the Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SPU) project. The positions are on a Lump-sum Salary Package for a duration of 24 months. The following positions are available:
Vacant Positions:
1. Head SPIU (PPS-12)
Salary Package: Rs. 1,000,000
Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Master’s degree in Urban Planning, City and Regional Planning, or Architecture with at least 12 years of experience in master planning and housing programs.
2. Water Supply Expert (PPS-10)
Salary Package: Rs. 600,000
Qualification/Experience:
Master’s degree in Water Resource Engineering or Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the water supply sector.
3. Sanitation Expert (PPS-10)
Salary Package: Rs. 600,000
Qualification/Experience:
Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Hydraulics with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the sanitation sector.
4. Urban Planner (PPS-10)
Salary Package: Rs. 600,000
Qualification/Experience:
Master’s degree in Urban Planning or City and Regional Planning with at least 12 years of experience in master planning and housing programs.
5. Procurement & Contract Expert (PPS-10)
Salary Package: Rs. 600,000
Qualification/Experience:
Master’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of PPRA Punjab procurement/contractual laws is required.
6. MIS Expert (PPS-10)
Salary Package: Rs. 600,000
Qualification/Experience:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development management. Experience in the Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) sector is preferred.
7. Economic Financial Expert (PPS-10)
Salary Package: Rs. 600,000
Qualification/Experience:
M.Phil in Finance or Economics with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Public Sector financial management is necessary.
8. Planning Engineer (Civil) (PPS-09)
Salary Package: Rs. 350,000
Qualification/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field. Experience in foreign-funded projects is preferred.
9. Planning Engineer (Environment) (PPS-09)
Salary Package: Rs. 350,000
Qualification/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.
10. Planning Engineer (Mechanical) (PPS-09)
Salary Package: Rs. 350,000
Qualification/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.
11. Planning Engineer (Electrical) (PPS-09)
Salary Package: Rs. 350,000
Qualification/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.
12. Water Quality Monitoring Officer (PPS-08)
Salary Package: Rs. 280,000
Qualification/Experience:
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Sciences with 5 years of relevant experience.
13. Communication Officer (PPS-08)
Salary Package: Rs. 220,000
Qualification/Experience:
Master’s degree in Mass Communications with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools is required.
