Middle Management Positions: Installation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership in Terminal Operations: Provide clear guidance and leadership in line with management’s performance expectations.
POL Product Handling: Ensure the safe and efficient handling of Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) products, including receipts, storage, and dispatches.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimum inventory levels and efficiently manage stock variances.
Security and Safety Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external security and administrative agencies to resolve operational and safety issues.
Emergency Response Management: Effectively coordinate and manage Mutual Aid Emergency response and Crisis Management plans.
CAPEX Project Management: Provide input for capital projects and oversee their execution in collaboration with facility engineers and project managers.
Compliance and Safety Standards: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Promote a culture of compliance and safety by ensuring adherence to licenses, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Facility Maintenance: Oversee the timely maintenance of facility assets and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Educational Requirements:

A minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or an equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering.

Experience Requirements:

Preferably 6-8 years of professional experience in a large national or multinational organization.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with emergency response and crisis management protocols.
Proficiency in developing and implementing automation and control systems for inventory management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Junior/Middle Management Positions: Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Management: Optimal management of manpower to ensure cost-effective operations.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory with stringent control on product variation to achieve desirable stock variance objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational, safety, and security matters.
Administrative and Security Arrangements: Manage administrative and security arrangements of the assigned location for smooth operations.
Compliance with Standards: Ensure compliance with all SOPs, HSE procedures, and safeguard people, plant, and processes.
Team Leadership: Lead the operations team to ensure compliance with Terminal Operations standards and guidelines.
Project Management: Suggest Opex and CAPEX projects for improvements and internal control mechanisms.
On-site Supervision: Supervise all operational activities on-site, including product handling activities according to defined procedures.

Educational Requirements:
