GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Recruitments made in accordance with the Establishment Division’s recruitment policy issued vide O.M. No. 53/1/2008-SP, dated 22nd October 2014, as amended from time to time.
Only shortlisted applicants called for test/interview.
A general age relaxation of five years shall be admissible as per rules. Any other relaxation in age limit will be given as per applicable rules/policy/O.Ms issued by the Establishment Division.
Quota will be observed and maintained as per Federal Government Policy.
Applicants shortlisted for interview must present their original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC/recognized board/university/institute to the Selection Committee.
Information provided in the application form will be verified. In case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after appointment, if discovered later) and to initiate legal action against the applicants.
IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole and to increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
HOW TO APPLY
The application form can be filled out directly on the “Online Application Portal” at https://elite.org.pk. The same link is also accessible through IPO-Pakistan’s website (ipo.gov.pk).
A fee of Rs. 500/- shall be deposited in the bank account mentioned in the Challan Form. The Challan Form can be downloaded after submission of the online application.
After submitting the online application, candidates must send a hard copy/printout along with the original paid fee challan to the address: Manager Operations, Elite Testing Service, Street No. 34, Block No. 89, Office No. 6, I&T Center, G-10/1, Islamabad. Phone No. 051-8778263.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate fee and application form for each post.
Applicants already in Government service may apply through the proper channel and would be required to produce an NOC at the time of the interview.
Applications on the prescribed format shall only be submitted through the “Online Application Form”. The last date for submission of the application is 16-09-2024.
