1. IP Assistant (IPS-II)
   • No. of Posts: 04
   • Qualification/Experience: Intermediate with a typing speed of 30 words per minute. IT Diploma holder.
   • Age Limit: 18-28 Years
2. Junior IP Assistant (IPS-III)
   • No. of Posts: 07
   • Qualification/Experience: Intermediate with a typing speed of 30 words per minute. Basic IT Training Course including MS Office.
   • Age Limit: 18-28 Years

TRADE MARKS REGISTRY KARACHI

3. Examiner of Trade Marks (IPS-I)
   • No. of Posts: 11
   • Qualification/Experience: 16 years of education with a major in Intellectual Property Rights, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Natural or Social Sciences, or LLB from an HEC-recognized university.
   • Age Limit: 21-30 Years
4. Assistant Examiner of Trade Marks (IPS-II)
   • No. of Posts: 09
   • Qualification/Experience: Minimum 2nd class Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science from a recognized university.
   • Age Limit: 21-30 Years

1. Recruitment will follow the Establishment Division’s policy (O.M. No. 53/1/2008-SP, dated 22nd October 2014) as amended from time to time.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
3. Five years general age relaxation is applicable. Additional age relaxation as per applicable rules/policy/O.Ms issued by the Establishment Division.
4. IPO-Pakistan will adhere to region-wise quotas.
5. Submit the application via the “Online Application Portal” on the IPO-Pakistan website (https://careers.commerce.gov.pk/ipo2024).
6. A fee of Rs. 500/- must be deposited in the bank account specified in the Challan Form. The Challan Form is available after submitting the online application.
7. Separate applications and fees are required for each post. Government employees must apply through proper channels and provide an NOC during the interview.
8. Shortlisted candidates must present original documents and attested copies of degrees/certificates from HEC-recognized institutions.
9. IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process and adjust the number of posts as needed.
10. No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews.
11. Applications must be submitted through the “Online Application Form” on IPO-Pakistan’s Job Portal within 20 days from the date of this advertisement.
