Original documents along with one certified copy
Original CNIC and attested copy
Attested photocopies of Father’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and attested photocopies of State citizenship (for Azad Kashmir)
Four passport-size photographs
Photocopies of all educational credentials and documents must be attested by a superior government officer
In the case of children or siblings of martyrs, the martyr’s documents and death certificate must be attested by the respective board
Children of Retired Soldiers should bring a copy of their father’s discharge book attested by the Soldier’s Board

There is a one-year relaxation in the upper age limit for the family members of martyrs

Attested photocopies from the concerned Center/Soldier Board in case of children of retired soldiers.
