Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited invites applications for the following positions on a contract basis for Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited Karachi Jobs 2024:

Available Positions:

1. Manager (Engineering Planning / Contract Management)
   • Qualification/Experience:
     • BE (Mechanical/Industrial) with PEC registration.
     • At least 8-10 years of experience in Project Management (Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Tracking) and Contract Management (Negotiation, Document Maintenance, Drafting, Reviewing, Evaluating, and Executing Contracts).
     • Proficiency in Project Management Software and Tools such as MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
     • PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
     • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
2. AM (Planning & Design)
   • Qualification/Experience:
     • BE/BS (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering) with PEC registration.
     • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
     • Hands-on experience in project planning and execution.
     • Ability to read drawings, datasheets, and documents; experienced in work order preparation and execution.
     • Proficiency in IFS/ERP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
3. Supervisor (Planning & Design)
   • Qualification/Experience:
     • BE/BS (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering) with PEC registration.
     • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
     • Hands-on experience in project planning and execution.
     • Ability to read drawings, datasheets, and documents; experienced in work order preparation and execution.
     • Proficiency in IFS/ERP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
4. Hardware Technician
   • Qualification/Experience:
     • B.Tech./DAE (Mechanical/Electrical) from a recognized institution.
     • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
     • Ability to read drawings, datasheets, and documents; experienced in work order preparation and execution.
     • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
5. IT Hardware Technician
   • Qualification/Experience:
     • Matric/DAE in Hardware (IT) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
     • At least 3 years of experience for DAE candidates or 6 years for Matric candidates in repairing/maintaining laptops, printers, and PC motherboards.
     • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, laptops, and scanners.
     • A+ Certification preferred.
   • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
