Criteria for Hiring:

Graduate from a recognized HEC University.
Knowledge of basic financial concepts, banking principles, practices and procedures, banking operations, regulations, and risk management.
Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in branch banking.
Efficient interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
