Director, Business Incubation Center
The Director will lead the Business Incubation Center and oversee all its operations. This role is pivotal in driving the center’s strategic vision, fostering innovation, and supporting startup ventures.
Qualifications and Experience:
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in business development, startup management, or a similar role.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Strong understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup funding mechanisms.
Business Development Officer, Business Incubation Center
The Business Development Officer will support the Director in identifying and developing business opportunities for startups. This role involves networking with industry partners, mentoring startups, and facilitating access to resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Assistant Manager Incubation, Business Incubation Center
The Assistant Manager Incubation will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Business Incubation Center. This role involves coordinating with startups, managing incubation programs, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with startup incubation processes and support services.
