The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination invites applications from eligible candidates for the “Prime Minister’s Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C Infection in Pakistan”. These positions are offered on a CONTRACT BASIS for a duration of 3 years, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The positions are available on the Pay Package Scale (PPS).

Available Positions:

Project Director
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Scale: PPS-10
- Minimum Age Limit: 45 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: MBBS/Master’s in Public Health with 7 years of post-qualification experience in project management. Experience in health-related PSDP projects is preferred.
Project Manager
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Scale: PPS-9
- Minimum Age Limit: 35 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: Master in Public Health with 5 years of post-qualification experience in project management. Experience in PSDP projects is desirable.
Finance Manager
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Scale: PPS-8
- Minimum Age Limit: 40 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: MBA in Finance with 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, especially of PSDP projects.
Communication Officer
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Scale: PPS-7
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: Masters in Mass Communication with 3 years of working experience.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Scale: PPS-7
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: Master in Social Sciences with 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or projects. Preference for experience in PSDP projects.
Data Assistant
- No. of Posts: 02
- Pay Scale: PPS-7
- Minimum Age Limit: 28 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: Master in Statistics/MIS with 5 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis and management. Preference for experience in PSDP projects.
Training Officer
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Scale: PPS-7
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: Master in Public Health with 5 years of experience in event organizing and training, preferably in health-related projects.
Office Assistant
- No. of Posts: 01
- Pay Scale: PPS-5
- Minimum Age Limit: 30 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelors with 3 years of working experience as an office assistant, preferably in PSDP projects.
