Position Available: Relationship Manager Liability Sales
Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategies to meet growth targets and cross-sell products. Achieve portfolio targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Recruit a team of 25 Free Lancers / Brand Ambassadors for deposit mobilization. Maintain a balanced portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposit. Secure deposits to support retail deposit growth. Cultivate relationships with key clients for enduring partnerships. Mobilize deposits to reduce portfolio risk. Consistently open NTB accounts to increase deposits. Provide top-tier customer service. Address client needs with tailored solutions. Foster strong client relationships for maximum value. Monitor competitors’ activities to ensure client satisfaction. Resolve complaints promptly. Complete tasks efficiently as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, or finance. An MBA is preferred (subject to approval). Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations within retail/consumer banking. Demonstrate a solid understanding of deposit products and their functionality. Possess knowledge of CASA and the essentials for achieving CASA growth.
