Eligibility Criteria
Education/Qualification
Candidates must have at least a Graduation degree or equivalent from a recognized local or international University/College/Institute, with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5.
Age
The maximum age limit for applicants is 26 years as of the application submission date.
Experience
While having one year of relevant banking experience is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Receiving cash from the Branch Operations Supervisor/Manager, managing denominations, and performing cashier/sorting functions.
- Providing account services to customers by handling deposits and withdrawals.
- Facilitating remittance, utility bills collection, and government receipts/payments.
- Ensuring effective vault management and cash key handling as per SOPs.
- Processing cheques for authorization and disbursement.
- Counting and sorting cash as per SBP directives and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling Funds Transfer & ATM transactions.
- Addressing customer requests and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Balancing cash vouchers and posting all cash-related transactions.
- Cross-selling bank products and services.
- Ensuring availability and disbursement of fresh cash.
- Monitoring and reporting unusual cash flow activities.
- Ensuring ATM replenishment and functionality.
- Rectifying audit findings and ensuring Shariah compliance.
