GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Government servants should apply through the proper channel.
- Age relaxation will be considered as per Federal Government rules.
- Candidates must submit applications on the prescribed format, downloadable from NIM’s website (www.nim.gov.pk), along with one passport-size photograph and an attested copy of CNIC. Hard copies of educational documents are not required at the application stage; shortlisted candidates will provide original documents along with one attested set at the time of the interview.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each position in separate envelopes.
- Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for a test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
- The Institute reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts advertised.
- Complete applications must reach the office of the undersigned through post/courier only, within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
- Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Provincial, regional, and other quotas will be strictly observed as per rules.
