Notification Promotion Junior Clerk (BPS-11) to Senior Clerk (BPS-14) Education Department KPK
Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued a Notification on 17-05-2024 regarding the Promotion of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) to Senior Clerk (BPS-14) in the Education Department of KPK. According to the Notification, 269 Junior Clerks have been promoted to Senior Clerks. The details are as follows:
Promotion of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) to Senior Clerk (BPS-14) in Education Department KPK
Upon the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) in its meeting held on 10-05-2024, the competent Authority (Director of Elementary & Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) has approved the promotion of the following Junior Clerks BPS-11 to the post of Senior Clerks BPS-14 on a regular basis with immediate effect.
The officials promoted to the post of Senior Clerk BPS-14 shall remain on probation for a period of one year in accordance with Section 6(2) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servant ACT, 1973, read with Rule-15(1) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act (appointment, Promotion and Transfer) rules, 1989. This probationary period may be extended for another year upon specific orders of the appointment authority within two months of the expiry of the first year of probation as specified in Rule-15(2) of the same rules.
Posting or transfer notification for the above Senior Clerks BPS-14 will be issued later.
