1. Assistant

  • Pay Scale: 15
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
  • Location: Karachi, Mardan
  • Requirements: Retired Pakistan Army Officers with experience in office management. Completion of an IT course from NITB is mandatory during the probation period.

2. Stenotypist

  • Pay Scale: 14
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Location: Rawalpindi
  • Requirements: Retired Pakistan Army personnel with a typing speed of 40 words per minute and shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.

3. Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

  • Pay Scale: 11
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Locations: Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Islamabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Swabi, Tank
  • Requirements: Retired Army, Navy, or Air Force clerks with a typing speed of 30 words per minute. Completion of an IT course from NITB is mandatory during the probation period.

4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

  • Pay Scale: 9
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Locations: Okara, Muzaffargarh, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Mirpur Khas
  • Requirements: Retired Army, Navy, or Air Force clerks with a typing speed of 30 words per minute. Completion of an IT course from NITB is mandatory during the probation period.

5. DMO/Gestetner Operator

  • Pay Scale: 7
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Location: Rawalpindi
  • Requirements: Retired Pakistan Army personnel with experience in operating fax and photocopy machines.

6. Driver

  • Pay Scale: 4
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Locations: Rawalpindi, Lahore, Mianwali, Dera Ismail Khan, Abbottabad
  • Requirements: Retired Army, Navy, or Air Force personnel with a valid driving license.

7. Naib Qasid

  • Pay Scale: 1
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Locations: Islamabad, Lahore, Mianwali, Dera Ismail Khan, Abbottabad
  • Requirements: Primary pass. Retired military personnel preferred.

8. Chowkidar

  • Pay Scale: 1

  • Locations: Gujrat, Larkana
  • Requirements: Primary pass. Retired military personnel preferred.
