Ministry Of Railways 2024 intends to hire a professional with relevant expertise and qualifications for the project “Thar Coal Rail Connectivity with Existing Railway Network, Including Last Mile Connectivity with Port Qasim.” The position is to be filled on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) of 2022.

Position: Project Director (PPS-10)

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a Master’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Eligibility/Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision and project management of infrastructure projects, including 3 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with PPRA rules, contract management, EPC contracts, and MS Project is required.
• The position is purely on a contract basis.
• Maximum Age: 63 years

Contract Details of Ministry Of Railways 2024:

• The initial appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of 1 year, extendable until the project’s completion.
