General Terms and Conditions

  1. These vacancies are post-specific and non-transferable.
  2. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
  3. Transgenders are encouraged to apply.
  4. Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channels.
  5. Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.
  6. The candidate must be fit and healthy; age calculated from the last date of application submission. Continuous service in a public sector organization will be deducted from the upper age limit.
  7. Only degrees from HEC-recognized universities or reputed foreign universities with HEC equivalence will be considered.
  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for scrutiny/evaluation/interview. Communication will be through email/call/SMS.
  9. Candidates must bring complete original documents and attested photocopies along with a resume during the interview.
  10. The number of vacancies can be changed without notice.
  11. Final terms and conditions of appointment will be settled on the actual date of appointment.
  12. Decisions by the Department on recruitment matters, including eligibility, shortlisting, and selection criteria, will be final. The Department reserves the right to reject applications or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

Application Procedure

  1. Apply online by visiting the National Testing Service (NTS) website: www.nts.org.pk
  2. Submit the duly filled application form (online) along with the deposit slip of the prescribed fee, copy of CNIC, and two recent passport-sized photographs to NTS through courier.
  3. Pay the test fee through 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters using the 20-digit invoice number on your fee slip. Only 1 bill invoice payment will be accepted.
  4. Complete applications must reach NTS by August 15, 2024.
  5. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  6. The date for the written test/skill test will be communicated to eligible/shortlisted candidates only through NTS.
  7. Candidates must score at least 50% in the NTS Test to qualify for an interview. In case of a large number of qualifying candidates, the appointing authority reserves the right to decide on any threshold marks ratio of candidates.
  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further scrutiny/evaluation/interview.
