CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AT PUNJAB FAMILY PLANNING PROGRAM

The Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of individual consultant for a World Bank-funded project titled “Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP).”

Available Positions:

1. Program Director (1 Post)
   • Qualification: Medical Doctor with a postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Medical Administration, Health Management, or an equivalent field.
   • Experience: MBBS/MD with a post-graduation in Public Health, Health Economics, or Health Care Management from a recognized university. At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of project management experience for field-based projects. Preference for candidates with experience in health-related programs and foreign-assisted projects.
   • Pay Scale: PPS-12
   • Salary Package: Rs. 1,000,000/- PM
2. Additional Program Director (2 Posts)
   • Qualifications: MBBS/MD with a post-graduation in Health or related disciplines from a recognized university.
   • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience post-post-graduation in developing and implementing population and family planning reproductive health operations. Experience in producing/supporting guidelines and training materials in the health sector is required.
   • Pay Scale: PPS-11
   • Salary Package: Rs. 612,500/- PM

General Terms and Conditions:

• The salary package is non-negotiable.

• Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body employees should apply through the proper channel.
• The upper age limit for application is 60 years as of the last date for submission.
