VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

A Public Sector Organization is seeking to hire individuals for the following positions on a contractual basis:

1. Assistant Engineer (PPS-7)

Number of Posts: 1 (Civil: 3, Electrical: 1)
Qualifications:

• Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University.
• 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

2. Sub-Engineers (PPS-5)

Number of Posts: 4 (Civil: 3, Electrical: 1)
Qualifications:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil, Electrical/Electronic from a recognized Institute/University.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the relevant field.

3. Procurement Assistant (PPS-5)

Number of Posts: 1
Qualifications:

• Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Public Administration, Commerce, or any other subject from an HEC-recognized University.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the relevant field.

4. Computer Operators (PPS-4)

Number of Posts: 3
Qualifications:

• B.A/BSc or Bachelor’s Degree (2 Years) in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Fresh candidates with a Computer Diploma and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

5. Office Secretary/Receptionist (PPS-4)

Number of Posts: 2
Qualifications:

• Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from an HEC-recognized University.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the relevant field.
• Good communication and presentation skills are required.
• Only female candidates are eligible.

6. Driver (PPS-1)

Number of Posts: 6
Qualifications:

• Primary Education.
• Valid Driving License.

7. Security Guard (PPS-1)

Number of Posts: 2
Qualifications:

• Primary Education.

8. Runner (PPS-1)

Number of Posts: 9
Qualifications:

• Primary Education.

9. Supporting Staff/Naib Qasid/Photostat Operator/Gardener (PPS-1)

Number of Posts: 2
Qualifications:

• Primary Education.

10. Cook (PPS-1)

Number of Posts: 1
Qualifications:

• Primary Education.

11. Watchman (PPS-1)

Number of Posts: 1
Qualifications:

• Primary Education.

Important Notes:

1. Contract Duration: Up to two years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory annual performance evaluation.
2. Selection Method: Selection will be made on merit, competency, and relevance to the Terms of Reference (ToRs).
3. Compensation Package: A market-based competitive salary will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
4. Location: All positions are strictly Quetta-based.
5. Eligibility: Candidates must be locals/domiciled in Balochistan.
