Positions Available of Public Sector Organization (PSO)

Junior Executive – SPS 7/11
- Eligibility:
  - For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired JCOs from the Pakistan Army
Assistant – SPS 5
- For Civilians:
  - M.Com, MBA, Post Graduate, or equivalent (First Division)
  - No more than two Second Divisions from Matriculation onwards
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired JCOs (Clerks) with computer literacy
Junior Assistant – SPS 4
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers (Clerks) with computer literacy
- For Civilians:
  - Relevant experience in the respective field
  - For Admin, Sports, and Accounts Clerk: Preference for experience in the respective field
  - For B.Com/B.A/TCS (2 years) or B.A/B.Sc: First Division with 15 years of relevant experience preferred
Caretaker – SPS 3
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers as Guest Room Managers
- For Civilians: Intermediate (for civilians), preference given to experience in Admin, Dining, or Guest Room management
Receptionist – SPS 4
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers with a preference for those from the Signals Corps
- For Civilians: Intermediate (First Division), preference given to 2-18 years of experience in the respective field
Driver – SPS 2/3
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers with LTV and HTV driving licenses
- For Civilians: Matriculation with LTV and HTV driving licenses and 3 years of experience
Telecom Operator – SPS 3/4
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers, preferably from the Signals Corps
- For Civilians: Intermediate (First Division), preference given to experience in wire management and signal operations
Labourer – SPS 1/2
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers
- For Civilians: Matriculation with Science (minimum Second Division, 50% marks), 6 years of experience preferred
Head Cook – SPS 4
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers
- For Civilians: Matriculation
General Attendant – SPS 1/2
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers
- For Civilians: Matriculation with 6-15 years of relevant experience preferred
Security Guard, Sanitary Attendant, and Other Roles – SPS 1
- For Ex-Army Personnel: Retired soldiers
- For Civilians: Matriculation with relevant experience preferred
Sanitary Attendant – SPS 1
- No specific qualification required
Gardener – SPS 1
- Skill test required
Life Guard (for Swimming Pool)
- Experience of 5 years required

Important Points

Contract Basis: The positions are on a contract basis and can be extended until the retirement age based on performance.
Eligibility: Pakistani citizens up to 33 years of age and retired government employees up to 55 years of age can apply.
Character Requirements for Ex-Army Personnel: Exemplary character for discharge book holders; good character for others.
No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for test and interview.
Preference for Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
