Career Opportunities

The Punjab Pension Fund, established under the Punjab Pension Fund Act, 2007, is a corporate body responsible for investing the reserve pension fund of the Government of Punjab and overseeing the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. To support its expanding operations, the Punjab Pension Fund invites applications for the following positions:

  1. Head DCPS Unit (01 Post)
    • Qualification: Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institution. Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • Experience: Minimum ten years post-qualification, with at least five years in a managerial/project management role. Experience in IT projects is an added advantage.
  2. Assistant Manager MIS (01 Post)
    • Qualification: Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
    • Experience: Minimum seven years of post-qualification experience in IT, with expertise in MIS, API Integration, and Application Development.
  3. Assistant Manager Reporting & Reconciliation (01 Post)
    • Qualification: Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
    • Experience: At least five years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
  4. Assistant Manager Coordination & Administration (01 Post)
    • Qualification: Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or an MBA/MPA from an HEC-recognized institution.
    • Experience: Minimum five years of post-qualification experience in administration and operations.
  5. Employee Facilitation Officers (03 Posts)
    • Qualification: Sixteen years of education in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
    • Experience: At least three years of post-qualification experience in customer service or sales in the financial sector (Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Investment Management).
  6. Communication Officer (01 Post)
    • Qualification: Sixteen years of education or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Mass Communication from an HEC-recognized institution.
    • Experience: Minimum three years of post-qualification experience in communication-related roles, such as Communications Specialist, Social Media Manager, or Public Relations Officer.

The positions are offered on a three-year contract basis, with the possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
