Introduction

The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), in collaboration with the Research and Development Foundation (RDF), is dedicated to providing quality education in rural areas of Sindh. We are pleased to announce multiple teaching and non-teaching vacancies at Peoples School Dhoro Naro (District Umarkot) and Peoples School Mirpur Bathoro (District Sujawal). This initiative aims to uplift educational standards and provide exceptional learning opportunities for the youth in these regions.

Teaching Positions

Principal Dhoro Naro

Qualification and Experience:

• M. Ed/Master’s Degree from an HEC recognized institution.
• Minimum 5-8 years of teaching and school management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all academic and administrative functions of the school.
• Implement educational policies and standards.
• Ensure a conducive learning environment for students and staff.

Vice Principal Mirpur Bathoro

Qualification and Experience:

• B.Ed/M. Ed/Master’s Degree from an HEC recognized institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years of school management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in daily operations.
• Manage curriculum and teacher performance.
• Coordinate between students, parents, and faculty.

Subject Specialist Teacher

Subjects:

• English
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology
• Computer Science

Qualification and Experience:

• Masters or equivalent in the relevant subject from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Teaching license preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver subject-specific lessons.
• Assess and evaluate student performance.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

Elementary Teacher

Subjects:

• English
• Mathematics
• General Science
• Physical Training Instructor

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor degree (14 years of education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute in the relevant field/subject.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.

Responsibilities:

• Teach core subjects at the elementary level.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Utilize diverse instructional strategies to meet student needs.

PST (Primary School Teacher)

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor degree (14 years of education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Teach multiple subjects at the primary level.
• Encourage student participation and engagement.
• Assess and support individual student development.

ECE Teacher

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor degree (14 years of education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• One Year Experience and Diploma in ECE/Montessori preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop age-appropriate educational activities.
• Support the social and cognitive development of young children.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Non-Teaching Positions

Admin/Accounts Associate

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation in a relevant subject from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative and financial records.
• Assist in budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations.

Lab Assistant

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation in a relevant subject from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Assist teachers and students during laboratory sessions.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.

Librarian

Qualification and Experience:

• BS (Library & Information Sciences) or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage library resources and services.
• Assist students and faculty in locating information.
• Organize and catalog library materials.

Computer Lab Assistant

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation in Computer Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer lab equipment.
• Support students and teachers in using computer resources.
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of the lab.
