ADMISSION FORMS of SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE (9TH & 10TH):
- Online Admission Forms for regular candidates are to be submitted with one attested blue background passport-size photograph (attested by the Head of Institution).
- Private Candidates can obtain Admission Forms from Allied Bank Branches in Hazara Division at a cost of Rs. 5/- each.

IMPORTANT DATES AND INSTRUCTIONS:
- No Admission Form will be accepted after 25th September 2024.
- Regular and Private Institutions must use the Online Admission Module (OAM) on www.biseatd.edu.pk and submit a hard copy of the system-generated list signed and stamped by the head of the institution, along with the original bank receipt by the due date.
- Admission Forms and Fees sent by post should be dispatched at least three days before the specified deadlines to avoid extra fees or rejection of the forms.
- Regular students must submit their admission forms with Light Blue page A-4 size for Class 9th and Light Pink Page A-4 size for Class 10th.
- Photographs and other documents must be pasted with glue, not stapled.
- Students seeking admission from other Boards must submit an Original Migration Certificate along with their admission form.
- Regular candidates of Class 9th intending to improve marks should apply through their institution.
- Promoted regular candidates of Class 9th can appear in their fail papers in the SSC (Annual-II) Examination 2024 or the SSC (Annual-I) 2025 through their institution.
- Subjects passed with grace marks/aggregate must be included in the improvement subjects. Failure to improve marks in these subjects will result in the candidate being classified as MNI (Marks Not Improved).
- Applications for the creation of Examination Centres is 5th September 2024. No applications accepted after this date.
