Sindh Government Monitoring School (SGMS) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving education in rural areas of Sindh. SGMS is currently inviting applications from highly qualified candidates for various teaching and non-teaching positions at the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) assisted Comprehensive High Schools (CHS) located in Qasimabad, Jamshoro, Sukkur, and Nawabshah.

Available Positions:

1. Principal
   • Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – PKR 250,000
   • Qualification: M.Phil in Education from an HEC recognized institution
   • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in teaching and school management
2. Teachers Required
   • Subjects: Science, Urdu, English, Pakistan Studies, Sindhi, Drawing/Art, Physical Training/Sports, Islamiat, Mathematics
   • Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – PKR 100,000
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institution
   • Experience: Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant subject
3. Accounts & Admin Officer
   • Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – PKR 80,000
   • Qualification: B.E/BBA graduate from an HEC recognized institution
   • Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in a school setting preferred
4. Admin Assistant
   • Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – PKR 55,000
   • Qualification: Graduate from an HEC recognized institution
   • Experience: Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred
5. Computer Operator
   • Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – PKR 50,000
   • Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science/IT from an HEC recognized institution
   • Experience: Typing speed of 20 words per minute required
