Name of Post: Reader (BPS-17)

Department: Appellate Tribunal, Sindh Revenue Board under Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Criminal Prosecution Department
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2nd Division from a recognized University.
Experience: Five years with any Law Firm or Government Department, preferably with Court or Tribunal.
Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and experience in the use of a computer.
Age Limit: 23-35 years

Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and experience in the use of a computer.

Name of Post: Stenographer (BPS-16)

Department: Appellate Tribunal, Sindh Revenue Board under Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Criminal Prosecution Department
Qualification: Graduate with at least 2nd Division from a recognized University.
Skills:

• Certificate in shorthand and typing from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
• Speed of 120/40 words per minute in Shorthand and Typing, respectively.
• Knowledge of MS Office and experience in the use of a computer.
  Age Limit: 21-30 years

Important Instructions:

1. SPSC has implemented an online fee submission process. Candidates are encouraged to use this method, as it is more convenient and eliminates the need to retain or keep the Challan receipt. If using the traditional method, the original Challan of Rs. 500/- should be paid into the Head of Account “C02101-Organ of State Exam Fee (SPSC Receipts)” in State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan. Candidates must mention Challan No, Date, and Name of the Bank Branch in their online application. One Challan is acceptable for all categories of one post.
2. SPSC will review all applications in real-time via the newly developed SPSC portal. Candidates are advised to complete their profiles before applying for any position.
3. Candidates with equivalent degrees may apply when explicitly stated in the qualifications for the advertised posts.
4. In the case of depositing Challan manually at National/State bank, candidates must retain the original paid Challan of Rs. 500/- to be presented at the time of the interview. Challan Form can be downloaded from the official website i.e. www.spsc.gov.pk.
5. Options (e.g. Domicile, Age, Qualification, Experience, Centre etc.) once exercised shall not be changed at any subsequent stage after the closing date.
6. The Online Application Feature is available on the Official Website www.spsc.gov.pk.
7. Online Application requires initial registration through SPSC official website. After fulfilling formalities, candidates can apply through the “Available Jobs” feature.
8. The candidates must possess the required age, qualification, and experience with relevant certificates on the closing date of the advertisement.
9. The experience shall be reckoned from the date of acquiring the minimum academic qualification required for the post.
10. Ineligible candidates and those not fulfilling the conditions or submitting incomplete applications will not be considered.
11. The number of posts is subject to variation without any prior permission/intimation.
12. Candidates serving in Government and Semi-Government Organizations shall apply through the proper channel.
13. The Commission reserves the right to modify/correct any error at any stage if detected later on.
