Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals by the Survey of Pakistan Jobs 2024 Online Apply, Rawalpindi, for the following positions. The required qualifications and experience for each post are listed below:

1. Assistant (BS-15)

  • Graduation (14 years) from an HEC-recognized university.

2. Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (BS-15)

• Number of Vacancies: 06
• Reserved Quota: 01 for Women
• Age Limit: 18-30 years (including general age relaxation of 5 years)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduation (14 years) with a major in Maths, Physics, Geography, or an Associate Degree in Surveying/Remote Sensing (RS) & Geographical Information System, or a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.

3. Technical Assistant (Reproduction) (BS-15)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Reserved Quota: Balochistan
• Age Limit: 18-30 years (including general age relaxation of 5 years)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduation (14 years) with a major in Maths, Physics, Printing Technology, Mechatronics, or IT from an HEC-recognized university.

4. Lower Division Clerk (BS-11)

• Qualification & Experience:
  • Matriculation with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

• Qualification & Experience:
  • F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering), ICS, or DAE (Civil/Surveying/GIS) from a recognized institution.

6. Driver (BS-04)

• Number of Vacancies: 08
• Reserved Quota:
  • 07 for Punjab
  • 01 for Sindh (Urban)
  • 05 for Ex-Army Personnel
• Age Limit: 18-35 years (including general age relaxation of 5 years)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Primary education
  • Valid driving license and a good understanding of traffic rules.

Important Instructions for Survey of Pakistan Jobs 2024 Online Apply:

1. Application Process:
   • For posts BS-07 to BS-15, apply online via the Survey of Pakistan website www.sop.gov.pk or www.surveyofpakistan.gov.pk.
   • For the Driver (BS-04) position, applications should be submitted using the prescribed proforma available on the above websites.
2. Examination & Tests:
   • Candidates will undergo a screening (written) and skill (practical) test in specified cities: Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta, and Karachi.
   • The screening test will cover Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge, and subjects relevant to the post.
   • A typing test is required for the Lower Division Clerk (BS-11) position.
   • The Driver (BS-04) will undergo a skill/practical test and interview.
3. General Instructions:
   • The posts are open on an all-Pakistan basis, and selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
   • Non-Muslim candidates must provide a declaration on oath at the time of the interview.
   • Disabled candidates must be registered with the District Rehabilitation Organization or District Council of Health.
   • Government servants, including Survey of Pakistan staff, must apply online and forward their NOC through their department.
   • Age will be calculated as of the closing date for applications, i.e., 16th September 2024.
4. Document Requirements:
   • Candidates must bring the original documents along with attested photocopies at the time of the interview, including photographs, educational qualifications, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates (if any), discharge certificate for ex-army candidates, NOC for government employees, and other relevant certificates.
5. Miscellaneous:
   • The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications.
   • All communication will be made through the candidate’s valid contact number. The list for the test/interview will be posted on the Survey of Pakistan website.
   • Incorrect information or credentials will result in disqualification at any stage.
   • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

Deadline:

The last date for online application submission is 16th September 2024. Applications for the Driver (BS-04) post should be sent to the Director (Admin) at the Surveyor General’s Office, Survey of Pakistan, Murree Road, Faizabad, Rawalpindi, before the closing date.
