ZTBL, a ‘AAA’ rated specialized financial institution with a network of over 500 branches across the country, is seeking applications from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record who can act as catalysts for transformation in a dynamic environment. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply for the following positions:

1. Regional Business Head: VP/SVP (For Sindh, Baluchistan)

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years as a Branch Manager or Area Manager.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in supervising branch networks.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Responsibilities:

• Develop branch business by ensuring substantial growth in sound lending, deposits, and outreach expansion.
• Supervise a branch network of 15 to 25 branches.
• Execute the bank’s credit and business policies as announced from time to time.
• Achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and other business targets for the region/branches.
• Provide leadership to branches for business development and target achievement in disbursement, recovery/NPL, and deposits.
• Maintain close liaison with external stakeholders such as farmers, farmers’ organizations, Agriculture Department staff, local Agricultural Research Institutes, Revenue staff, and suppliers of agricultural inputs and machinery in the region.
• Represent the bank at business seminars and conferences.
• Ensure the financial efficiency and profitability of the operations/branches.
• Identify new opportunities for branch openings and relocations.
• Ensure compliance with SBP/Bank regulations in field operations, including AML/CFT/KYC standards.
• Implement quality assurance standards in branches.
• Review and evaluate the financial and operational performance of branches.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

2. Branch Manager: OG-I/AVP (Across Pakistan including AJK and GB)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification banking experience, with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager.
• Candidates must specify three cities/towns for placement, with one being a location where they have been posted in a previous assignment.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Responsibilities:

• Expand agricultural credit.
• Recover regular and non-performing loans.
• Mobilize deposits.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Supervise branch services and operations, ensure eKYC and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years for VP/SVP and 45 years for OG-I/AVP as of the closing date.
• Remuneration: Market-competitive packages will be offered.
• Skills: Applicants must possess excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Dual Nationality: Holders of dual nationality are not eligible to apply.
• Legal Convictions: Applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
