  1. Head – Account Monitoring Unit (AVP)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification in Branch Banking Operations/AML/Compliance in Commercial Banks, including 5 years at OG-I level or above.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Oversee the Account Monitoring Unit.
      • Supervise internal assessments of top depositors as per SBP guidelines.
      • Monitor high-risk accounts, including PEPs, NGOs/NPOs/Trusts.
      • Ensure compliance with CDD/EDD requirements and account documentation.
      • Liaise with regulatory bodies like SBP/FMU on AML queries.
    • Skills:
      • Knowledge of SBP AML/CFT/CPF regulations.
      • Familiarity with account opening documentation and regulatory requirements.
  2. Process Analysis & Documentation Officer (OG-I)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification in Finance & Accounts with a commercial bank, well-versed in ICFR requirements.
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Assess risks impacting financial reporting reliability.
      • Update control processes and documentation.
      • Organize training on ICFR.
    • Skills:
      • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Visio.
      • Knowledge of ICFR and banking operations.
  3. Compliance Risk Management Officer (OG-II)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification, including 1 year in a similar role.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Manage the Compliance Risk Management System.
      • Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
      • Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
      • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking operations.
  4. Customer Experience Officer (OG-II)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification in banking/financial institutions, with 1 year in a relevant field.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Conduct surveys to measure service quality standards.
      • Analyze customer perceptions and address gaps.
      • Review and implement improvements based on branch assessments and complaints.
    • Skills:
      • Proficient in MIS management and report writing.
  5. Account Monitoring Officer (OG-II)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification in banking/financial institutions, with preference for branch banking/AML/compliance experience.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Conduct internal assessments of top depositors.
      • Monitor high-risk accounts and ensure compliance with CDD/EDD requirements.
    • Skills:
      • Knowledge of SBP AML/CFT/CPF regulations.
      • Familiarity with account opening documentation.
  6. Control Test Planning & Monitoring Officer (OG-I)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification in Audit/Compliance with a commercial bank.
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Plan and conduct periodic testing of key controls.
      • Address identified weaknesses in internal controls.
      • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
    • Skills:
      • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Visio.
      • Knowledge of ICFR and branch operations.
  7. Service Quality Analyst (OG-II)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification in banking/financial institutions, with 1 year in a relevant field.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Compile data for branch performance ranking.
      • Analyze service quality reports and customer feedback.
      • Assist in addressing recurring service quality issues.
    • Skills:
      • Proficient in advanced Excel, MIS management, and report writing.
  8. Compliance Liaison Officer (OG-II)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification, including 1 year in a similar role.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Liaise between internal/external agencies and ZTBL.
      • Coordinate data collection and compliance arrangements.
      • Communicate compliance priorities to stakeholders.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
      • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking operations.
  9. Regulatory Reporting Officer (OG-II)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification, including 1 year in a similar role.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to SBP.
      • Implement changes in reporting requirements.
      • Coordinate data collection and ensure automation of reporting.
    • Skills:
      • Proficient in MS Excel and knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
  10. Pool Manager (AVP/VP)
    • Number of Positions: 01
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification in Finance/Islamic Banking Pool Management.
    • Qualification: ACMA/ACCA/MBA-Finance/M.Com/B.Com/CA (Inter) or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Manage deposit and treasury pools as per SBP guidelines.
      • Compute and distribute profit and loss.
      • Create special pools and manage asset movements.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of accounting and financial management.
