1. Assistant Professor:
   • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC.
   • Postgraduate higher qualification such as D.Sc., Ph.D., FCPS, MS, MD, M. Phil, etc. in the respective subjects or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.
   • 05 years teaching or practical experience before or after the postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty.
   • Credit should be given to the original published research work in the standard medical journal.
2. Senior Registrar:
   • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC.
   • Postgraduate higher qualification such as FCPS, MS, MD in the respective subjects or equivalent qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC.
   • 05 years teaching or practical experience in the relevant specialty before or after the postgraduate qualification.
3. Nuclear Physician:
   • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC.
   • PM&DC level III/Level (a) or (b) qualification in the respective subject or other equivalent qualifications recognized by PM&DC.
   • 02 years post qualification experience with Level III qualification OR 04 years post qualification experience with Level II (b) qualification OR 05 years post qualification experience with Level II (a) qualification in the relevant field recognized by PM&DC.
4. Deputy Director (Engineering):
   • 2nd class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC.
   • First Class Certificate of Competency as Boiler Engineer from any recognized Government Institute.
   • Five (5) years post qualification practical experience in the relevant field in a recognized Hospital/Firm.
5. Medical Officer:
   • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC.
6. Assistant Anesthetist:
   • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC.
7. Bio-Chemist:
   • M.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with special paper in Bio-Chemistry with two (02) years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
8. Medical Technologist:
   • 2nd Class or Grade “C” Master’s Degree in Medical Technology/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC.
9. Perfusionist:

• 2nd Class or Grade “C” Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences i.e., Zoology/Botany/Chemistry or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC.

11. Assistant Electro Medical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

12. Assistant Engineer (Civil):

• 2nd class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) from a university recognized by PEC.
• Registration with PEC as Professional Engineer.

13. Physiotherapist:

• Second Class or Grade C Master’s or Bachelor’s (04 years duration) Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by PMDC/HEC.
• Two (02) years post qualification experience in Physiotherapy from a recognized Hospital.

14. Statistical Officer:

• 2nd Class or Grade “C” Master Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Commerce or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC.
• 05 years experience in the relevant field.

15. Charge Nurse:

• Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with PNC.
• For males, one year course/certificate in nursing-related field in lieu of midwifery.

16. Chief Technician:

• B.Sc. in the respective discipline with 5 years experience in the relevant field OR F.Sc. with a diploma in the respective discipline and 7 years experience in the relevant field.
