The Group Head Treasury & Investment Banking at Bank of Khyber Jobs 2024 is seeking an exceptionally strong and goal-oriented professional to join its team as Group Head Treasury & Investment Banking. This prestigious position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the Treasury & Investment Banking Group at one of Pakistan’s premier financial institutions.
Eligibility Criteria of Group Head Treasury & Investment Banking at Bank of Khyber Jobs 2024:
- Education:
- Minimum requirement is a Graduation degree.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, a qualified Chartered Accountant, or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Candidates with foreign qualifications must possess an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of overall banking experience with at least 5 years of relevant senior-level experience in Treasury.
- Candidates currently heading the overall Treasury function in a bank are exempt from the above experience criteria.
- Age Limit:
- As per the Bank’s HR Rules.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must meet the criteria set out in the “Fit and Proper Test” of the State Bank of Pakistan.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for the treasury function, aligning with the Bank’s mission and business plans.
- Manage all treasury business activities nationwide, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
- Expand the Bank’s Treasury business through various revenue streams while maintaining the Bank’s prestige and image in the Interbank community.
- Oversee market risk on the Bank’s Balance Sheet and investment portfolio to maximize portfolio yield over the long term, in line with liquidity needs and assets/liability management strategies.
- Foster a high level of productivity through motivation and teamwork; develop the treasury team to meet the long-term strategy of the Bank.
- Undertake any other Treasury-related tasks assigned by the CEO/Board.
Position Details:
