Kohsar University Murree is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and competent professionals for the following key positions. Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals (Punjab domicile) who are interested in contributing to the development of our rapidly growing university located in Murree, Punjab.

Available Positions:

1. Registrar
2. Controller of Examinations
3. Treasurer

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. Registrar

• Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC; and
• Eight years of relevant post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a recognized institute or public sector organization.

  OR

• MS/M.Phil. (2nd Division) or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC; and
• Ten years of relevant post-qualification experience in a recognized institute or public sector organization.

  OR

• Master’s Degree or BS (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent; and
• Twelve years of relevant post-qualification experience in a recognized institute or public sector organization.

2. Controller of Examinations

• Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC; and
• Eight years of relevant post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.

  OR

• MS/M.Phil. (2nd Division) or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC; and
• Ten years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  OR

• Master’s Degree or BS (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent; and
• Twelve years of relevant post-qualification experience.

3. Treasurer

• Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics or equivalent; and
• Eight years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  OR

• MS/M.Phil. (2nd Division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics or equivalent; and
• Ten years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  OR

• MBA in Finance, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. in Economics (2nd Division) or equivalent; and
• Twelve years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 40 Years
• Maximum Age: 50 Years

Terms and Conditions:

• Tenure: Three (03) Years Contract, Non-Extendable
• Pay, Leave, Perks & Privileges: As admissible to a Government Servant in BPS-20

Application Process:

1. Deadline: Applications must be received by the HR Section, Registrar Office by 30th September 2024 (during office hours).
2. Application Form: Downloadable from Kohsar University’s website. Only the uploaded application form will be accepted. Submit completed forms through courier only.
3. Documents Required:
   • Completed Job Application Form
   • Two sets of attested copies of Degrees, Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs) (front and back)
   • Experience Certificates
   • NOC, Domicile, CNIC
   • Recent Passport-sized Photographs
4. Processing Fee: Rs. 3000/- in the form of a non-refundable demand draft/pay order in favor of “Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree,” or via e-challan to the Kohsar University Murree account.
5. Incomplete Applications: Will be rejected. Ensure all sections of the application form are filled and all documents are included.
6. Channel of Application: Current employees of HEC recognized universities or public/private sector organizations must apply through the proper channel and provide NOC and experience certificates.
7. Additional Information:
   • Foreign degrees require equivalency certificates from HEC/IBCC.
   • Translations of foreign language documents must be provided.
   • Distinction marks require authentic documentation from the Controller of Examinations.
