QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
For Professors & Associate Professors:
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.
Level-III qualification (e.g., FCPS/MD/MS/MRCP/FRCS) in the relevant specialty.
Professors: At least 3 years of teaching experience as an Associate Professor or 9 years as an Assistant Professor with a minimum of 6 research papers published in recognized medical journals.
Associate Professors: At least 3 years of teaching experience as an Associate Professor or 9 years as an Assistant Professor with a minimum of 6 research papers published in recognized medical journals.
For Assistant Professors:
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.
Level-II or Level-III qualification in the respective basic subject.
At least 5 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor with a preference for original research published in standard medical journals.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Submit two sets of attested photocopies of all certificates/documents, including PMDC/PMC registration, experience certificates, and CNIC along with recent photographs.
Include copies of research publications, if applicable.
The appointment is subject to revocation by the competent authority.
PMDC/PMC registration must be valid on the closing date. If expired, a receipt for the renewal application is acceptable.
Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must possess a domicile certificate from any district in Punjab.
Age relaxation of five years for males and eight years for females is applicable as per Government of Punjab S&GAD circular.
Current employees should apply through proper channels with an NOC.
Candidates dismissed or removed from Government Service are ineligible.
